Q1:Why do I need to trust you and buy from you?

A1:We understand customers' worries, you can make small order as tried one to test our quality and service, if they are good, then we go ahead. Furthermore, you can pay by paypal ,as you know, it can protect buyers' benefit, they can return back your money if we don't send you the goods.

Q2:Are you factory(Manufacturer)?

A2:Yes, we owned four factories for mobile LCD screen and touch screen and glass and frame.

Q3:Where is your factory? Can i visit your factory.

A3:Our factory located in Dongguan, and office in Shenzhen, welcome to visit our factory.

Pls let me know in advance if you want to visit our factory, we will arrange the schedule.

Q4:How you can make sure your quality good?

A4:We have a good QC team. We test every materials before we produce, and have strict police during producing. And we will test them

after products complete, if every function and surface is good, then will pass and stamp.

And before we final packing, we will test one by one again, if everything is fine, we will put warehouse stamp and then packing,

sealed.

Warranty Notice:

1、We tested all complete touch screen before shipping.

2、Be careful to take out the OLED from the package, please ensure the appearance is good, or you should contact with sales.

3、The corners and flex of all OLED are very fragile, do not press it by heavy power.

4、No guarantee for goods like no our stamp or seal, flex and OLED broken, past due, installed machine, OLED corners broken, ect.

5、If you received goods, please check at once and happened any problem contact us first time, we will consider and offer a satisfactory ways.
